You’ve been teaching Pilates for a few years and you’re doing well, but you are hungry for more and you want to be among the best instructors in the industry. Students will learn how to strategically identify their client’s muscle imbalances, learn how to create and implement a plan to improve the imbalances, and then know how to best educate your client about their imbalances and how your incremental plan will help them realize the results they desire.

Accelerator is designed for Pilates instructors that have been trained on all of the equipment and are ready to take their skills to the next level.  This program systematically covers skills that are imperative to teaching with depth such as muscle balancing, cueing techniques, posture assessment, vision casting, value adding statements and more.  We then bring it all together by putting together case studies utilizing all of the techniques learned. 

Students will learn how to strategically identify their client’s muscle imbalances, plan how to address them and then while they implementing the plan, they will also be educating the client on the whole process.  Since our focus is on practical application, there are multiple layers with which we go through the case studies as well as having each student turn in their own case studies and receive feedback.  When you’re done with this class, your client will leave their session with a transformed body – but will never leave your studio because of their transformed mind.
